its a bmx old school odyssey clamp.you can use the mountain bike one too.find a 7/8 bar clamp and 7/8 stem.the bar is a fly racing bar for a ktm50 and I cut 1 1/4 in off the end of the bar to shorten it because it felt better shorter than long for me.

its all good.the fly handle bars is the cheapest.about $37 like the same one I have the has the middle bar that can come off and comes with the bar pad too.check your local motorcycle store or google works too.any bmx or mountain bike stem clamp will work.make sure to find a 7/8 bar and stem clamp that way you don't have to make a shim for it.

i just got my hands on a local set of bars w/ throttle grip all controls and cables for $35 dude had them on his ruckus...got some metropolitan forks off ebay for $32 triple tree and all
and im going to machine up a stem clamp so that i can incorporate a headlight mount

still... when its done it wont be nothing compared to yours

edit...

i forgot to ask... how much knee room do those bars open up?

if your using a ruckus triple tree, its really wide.if your going to put it on your elite e its going to look a bit funny because the forks will be wide apart with a small rim and tire.if your going to use that setup on the front do a ruckus rim in the back and offset the motor mount to center the rear tire that way it look even front and back plus it will look pretty sick short and wide.

thats the original paint on there. The side where the exhaust is got messed up from the previous owner when they dropped the bike.the trans side is very nice like the front.just take your time and don't forget to wet sand to get the orange peel look out.clean good before painting is also a good key to remember too.
