Post by lineage404 »

I picked up my spree for 250 and i like it. but i want it to be pretty. lol. and it shall.
I attached some pics. all i have is up to wiring and basic paint on frame done. i ordered a mds ignition coil for it and it has a new autolite plug. i want to build a custom exhaust and body panels for it also.

Looks like it's time for you to upgrade the engine to a 94 elite / Dio af16E

yeah i would like to upgrade to something bigger. but how would i go about doing that? and i am not really new to this. just started up with scooters. i work on cars. and i rebuild chainsaws lol. but where can i get the parts and all the wiring diagrams for this. and what size motor is it? i dont care if its bigger i just want to go faster... and i got this motor apart and the dam piston on had one ring on it so i think the guy who had it before me was retarted.

Hi, not sure what type of paint you used but it looks nice. I have found the "protective enamel" holds up much better than standard spray paint on the metal parts

OCD Wiring

Post by Wheelman-111 »

Greetings:

You did an incredibly nice job with the wiring. You may be in the running to capture the Anal-Retentive Cleanliness Crown from Z50R. Lots of fine work there. Keep the pics coming, but could you use ImageShack.us so we poor slobs could view the pics while goofing off on the office computer? The Powers That Be have denied PhotoBouquet access, worried that we'd be opening pics of Britney Spears. (They may be right... ) I had to wait until I got home to see your Splendid Spree.

Pics-Posting Primer

Post by Wheelman-111 »

Greetings:

All I wanted to say was "Nice job!". Nobody, not even HRC itself, can match Z50R_Blank's level of clean, but I meant it as a compliment. Brad the Cube spoiled the mood. He must be feeling a bit surly since he quit smoking. Congrats on that B3.

dude good job on quiting! its good. i need to also. and thanks for the tut on the image hosting. lol i felt retarted.
well i got the motor back on and i was tuning it and i got her to purrr like a kitten but....
its suck a b**** to get it to start. but when it starts it runs fine... hmmm
i also do not have an autobystarter on it. it is in for the vacum but it has nothing on it.
i also just ordered my piston rings and gasket so i can get that all back up... i cant beleive that guys left the ring off...
and you can see i have the fan on the inside painted. and exh.
if i really wanted to be that neat i bet you i could out do him
i could make it where the only wires you could see were the ignition coil and thats about it cept brake cables.
i am still trying to figure out where to relocate my ignition coil also.

well ehres some more pics!
