My Spree build thread.....

Well, nothing has been done on the spree. Can't paint since its been cold and rainy. Need to either make some gaskets or buy some gaskets to get the motor back together after I'm done cleaning it up. Got a wedding to go to tomorrow evening and trying to sell the rebels during the day, so i don't think much will get done then. Maybe ill get some stuff done to it sunday. Still waiting on a box of parts to come in.

It might get pushed aside so i can flush the cooling system in my Elite, it seems to have trouble keeping its cool right now.

i haven't really worked on the Spree much. Though i had a good crank for my helix, but its bad too. I figured i would try to fix the cooling issue with my Elite, so its been on the table.

I found a new home for the spree today, its no longer in the way.

couldn't you have simply stored the Spree in the under seat compartment of the behemoth under it??!!

It may very well fit, but the trunk is already full of engine parts for the bike. I kinda like it hanging up there, so does the cat.

Well ive quit on the '84 spree. I picked up a nice looking '87 last friday and already got it running. I had to swap the engines out since the red ones engine has no compression. I need to get an airfilter and tires.


Its a little small compared to my helix.

I think my wife likes it.
