Spree Chamber coming

Post by mookie »

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... MEWNX%3AIT

looks like i'll be trying to make a stock displacement Spree go faster soon...

reminds me- i need to take a head to the machinist tomorrow...

my goal is to have the ugliest fastest Spree around.
i'm halfway there...

Greetings:

That's one bad-* Spree-pipe, Mooks. I wish mine went up 'n over too. It would save on underwear cleaning when I drag it on sharp right-handers... Whatcha gonna do about plastic?

i can't/won't cut up the stock Spree plastics so i suppose another set or at least a right side red would be nice to find in similar condition as the left.

i don't forsee having to remove a LOT of material for the panel to be in place and there be clearance tween it and the pipe.
of course i'll need to use header wrap here and there.
it would be a bonus IF the pipe adds some power and at the very least NOT rob it of any!!!
i could live with that for the bling factor if nothing else.
i have a LV pipe coming from a ebay purchase and i might do a high pipe of it for something.

Wheelman- if you would be willing to pay the shipping to and from i can ship you my Proma 16 pipe for testing and if you like i can build you a new one for appx. 160 shipped.

Greetings:

Is that Proma for SA/16? It's tempting to try it out, but what if I like it? Evidently rare and hard to find... :(

Greetings:

Aye, but be it a bolt-on application? Or requires it Mastery of the Flames of Vulcan for forging yon header pipe? Methinks my own skills thereat inferior to those of The Village Idiot.
Furthermore, can it fit 'neath yon bonny plastic? Said virgin panels must remain unmolested lest the Colony consider Flash to be Damaged Goods.
