Bought another batch of Arrow pipes for the Dio. The label indicates they were manufactured on 5/30/2007.

The Arrows are sweet, but really, they don't compare in build quality next to a Windjammer. Performance-wise, wow, the Arrow is a thing of beauty.

This is before:

The frame, fuel tank, floorboard, leg shield, seat bucket, mudguard, battery holder, taillight, master cylinder, caliper, crankshaft, and engine case are Honda. The white body panels, electrical wiring, and speedometer gauge are Kymco. The cylinder is MHR with a Daytona 24mm carburetor (65 pilot and 122 main jet). The headlight is Koso.

Finally got this build finished 99% finished. Need to find a pod filter that will not rub against the rear shock.

Haven't tested it yet. I think I'm going to order an Autoboy setup just for the Windjammer.
