Greetings:
Lately I'm using a hacksaw quite a bit.
See Flash IV in Scooter Builds.
Head over to Harbor Freight. They have gnarly-looking carbide rasps that take material away in a hurry. You can purchase a variety of stones in the 1/4" shank sizes if you spring for a Roto-Zip, which has an awful lot more power than humble Dremel. The Zip can also fit collets down to 1/8". There's a $10 set of 50 diamond-encrusted 1/8" shapes for fine work at HF too.

Honda Parts Direct is closed and not accepting orders at this time. No idea if they intend to reopen in the future

Greetings:
I've had good luck with
MrCycles.com. They have a good lookup system, although discontinued/unavailable part numbers often don't appear in the fiche. If there isn't a Honda-san near you,
Deepinnaharta Honda always gets whatever I order in 2 days, and of course there's no shipping cost, even if they charge a little more for the part. Maybe they can be persuaded to arrange a drop-ship deal. I've found buying them pizza every few months is very effective.
