well guys, i hate to say this. im ganna have to sell it. trans in my car is going out. ive been watching ebay to c what they are going for. i threw it on craigslist for 1500. i think its worth it. what do u guys think? ive always wanted a gyro...just sucks that i have to sell it. im sure ill come across another one. :(

for all those work $1500 is a bargain, I'll put on ebay even they charge some fees, you should able to get more.

Man I shed some :cry: over that Gyro, and your pristine Aero... (also sole) Been a few years, and I keep seeing how you can make anything *real* nice, so carry on, and can't wait to see your next project.... Or what happens if you get bored :twisted: :twisted:

Yeah, the buyer should be respecting that Gyro, very few get fixed up to that extent :thumbsup:

i would just like to say the chevyguyjay did an awesome job. my uncle ended up buying it. he really enjoys riding. it. i have one gyro that i am restoring. he has 7 or 8. the new one outshines every one of the gyros.

good to hear! that bike drives awesome. shoot i prolly only put just over 100 miles on it since i had it on the road. its def a nice scooter. hope he enjoys it. :naughty:

i thought you might enjoy these. unfortunately three of the gyros were in the shop. you can see more pictures of the other gyros on my 1985 honda gyro restoration post or the gyro general thread. also i need help with my gyros transmission. its shifting into second to soon. around 8mph. what is the right point that it should shift and how do i got about fixing my issue? thanks in advance

Just came across this post. I know its a little late, but great job on the restoration. Sad that you had to sell it.
I would restore mine to, if a had a friend like dan to help me out.
