I hope your build goes well.
If you need that blinker I have a spare, PM me for details.
As for tires I bought both of mine including the tubes at treatland.tv
Here's some links. Not too many choices on the 14 inch tire but I like the one I have, as for the 16 inch you have some choices.

I chose the Kenda K260.

Treats! That's my secret spot I wasn't going to tell you about until I got mine running!
I have a box from them inbound. Had I known, I would have gotten tires & tubes included in the shipment.
Inbound, performance exhaust, DR 70cc kit, fuel line & clamps.
Oh well, Benji gets more of my money, great.

Lots of Honda Hobbit stuff interchangable (
apparently):
Kits:
http://www.treatland.tv/SearchResults.asp?Search=nu50
I went with the DR
http://www.treatland.tv/honda-hobbit-70 ... cc-kit.htm after deciding against the 60
http://www.treatland.tv/honda-hobbit-pa ... mm-kit.htm.
The pipe may be a bit of cut & weld...dread! But I got this:
http://www.treatland.tv/honda-hobbit-EV ... silver.htm which he knocked $10 off of from $99, I wanted the red baffle, but it was out. I really wanted this one:
http://www.treatland.tv/honda-hobbit-ja ... l-pipe.htm but he said the EV was better and this was out of stock.
I read this one's good:
http://www.treatland.tv/honda-hobbit-pr ... t-pa50.htm
but then I found 1 post where it go lost during a pothole bump, and that put the fear in me.
More links to exhausts that
may fit:

the only real competition I've found for Treats is 1977mopeds:
http://www.1977mopeds.com/
In my mind it's like Treats is VT Cycles and 1977 is Daywot. They both have the stuff, but customer service is better via one, and I don't mean Mr. "the mail truck is on fire again and that why your package is delayed". Although I have not done any business with 1977 (nor Pat Day), so this is all based on gut feeling & mopedarmy posts (I've been lurking on Urban infos there for years).

I did nothing for almost a whole year....
And then Saturday bought a 2nd Urban Express, as the sum of this bike was worth more than the random parts I still needed, and it is titled.
Can someone point me to an image of the right side rear wheel? I need to see how to mount that pipe.

What kind of performance gains do you expect to get out of the pipe?

Guy at Treats suggested and a few over at mopedarmy forums run them, figured since (at the time) I didn't have a stock pipe, might as well run a performance one coupled with the 70cc DR big bore kit bought at the same time.

Nice to see you back at it...
I've since sold my UE and this is the only pic I have at the moment of the exhaust side.
Attachment is pretty straight forward. There is one or 2 bolts below the carb and then the farthest end attaches to the fender support bracket.
See pics.
