well i had the spree for a few months with a bad engine( hole in the case) so i decided to build a dio spree since i have 5 dio motors laying around. bad thing was is i didnt have a good crank for all the dio cases i have. i finally got a good crank and also bought bearings, seals and so on and so on.





everything on the af16e motor is stock besides a high variator,80jet and the home made air filter. the spree reaches speeds of about 40 as the speedo goes to the very end of the white line past the 35 mark.

thanks! i used the elite hanger but cut the clutch cover side off a bit to fit down in the spree frame while centering the back wheel perfectly with the frame its pretty much a no brainer. the wiring was simple for the stator. i just cut off the connector from the spree stator and used the colors of the wires to the elite stator. the wire colors for both the spree and elite r the same. the bystarter is from the elite so i just cut the wires and reversed them so it would be yellow and green. im using the elite rectifier because the rectifier from the spree kept blowing tail lights and head light. i now have a modified head lamp for halogen bulbs. easy change in and out.

i could sell one. they are just cases though ive taken the cranks out of them. i also have the intakes reed blocks and carbs for them but they r all seperated from the cases. also have the stators for them. basically have everything except cylinders pistons and cranks.

How much for a case?

the shrouds i have r crap! but for the stator carbs intake and cases. id say 80.00 plus shipping.

ok! i didnt plan on selling so i can wait tell wednesday. dont really need the money but i need to get rid of some stuff.
