Hey chevyguyjay...........trailer thing has turned out *'.....scale is just right......and that aluminum tread deck on dans' makes a HUGEstatement while being the only obvious mod......tires and exhaust of course....your cherry'86 looks good pulling the buggy too......the hitch looks good, as long as the torque is holding, oughtta be just fine......the bar has been set for tailights, huh....66six and that cat face......I need to go over to his industrial thread and stir the embers,....get him fired up......holla...........

Think a ball hitch setup would work on a spree? I'm worried it wouldn't let me lean enough. I've been thinking of fabbing something up for a parade

Kepp the hitch low....will lean enough for a parade.....but only just......custom work is required for a hitch that will lean enough for constant use.....universal joint as shown by trafficjamz on page 1 of this thread is better suited for Spree....trial and error will determine actual finish heighth, but I'm thinking slightly lower than t-jamz.....consider using "HEIM" joints to fabricate your own design

Greetings:

There is Another Way.
I've seen sportier versions pulled by BMWs and sportbikes, too. N-line appears to be a Cruiser-oriented brand, mimicking even the shape of the H-D saddlebags.

The hitch is designed to pivot up&down, and rotate side-to-side, but the plane of the trailer wheel stays with that of the bike, so the trailer "leans" with the bike. Simple, elegant and can be pulled virtually as fast as the bike can go.

While that looks like it would work really well. I'll stick to the standard old design. Anyone know where I can get a swivel piece? I'm thinking of using a ball and a swivel

We have neither of those here in the Pacific Northwest.
