Thanks, the ebay ad didn't say what cc this pipe is for. It does look similar size expansion chamber to other 125cc pipes but hard to tell unless we could see them side by side. It's experimental so I went cheap, not many people mess with the exhaust on the nh125.

Thanks for the compliment, rattle can paint can only look so good. Plastic is my least favorite thing to paint, metal is way easier.

Test fitting the dio pipe on my nh125. The flange is nearly the same, just the mounting studs are at a different angle on the jug. I cut the header a inch from the flange to correct the angle, put sleeve over the header. Still need to weld it together and make a different mounting bracket.

So they're at a different clocking degree? Looks like the same degree the Yamaha vert is. I have a few yamaha vert pipes laying around if you're interested in trying one. You pay shipping. I have one that is very similar to the one you're using but for vert mina.

Thanks for the offer, I'm just going to try out the pipe I have now. I still have my stock nh125 exhaust if the dio pipe doesn't work out.

I messed around with the pipe mounting and got it closer to the engine. I've been on a couple test rides and it runs pretty good, unfortunately the pipe will scrape on the ground if I lean into right turns too hard. No wonder the stock nh125 header pipe goes across the fan cover, rather than under it.

It's all back together and I've been riding it the past few weeks. The white was a little to plain so I added the red honda wing decals. Here's a couple pics, I'll hopefully take more soon...

Upgrading the clutch springs on my nh125, No companies make springs specific to this engine but I found a common size. I'm using 2000rpm yamaha jog springs, it improved the take off but wish I could get higher than 2k springs. Maybe I'll try drilling a hole in each clutch shoe to lighten, also going to experiment with upgrading the center contra spring.
