You can do that if the tire is a either or your suppose to do that but on a scooter the effect will be minimal.

Funny because when I snagged the Ruck front end from my buddy, his front kenda was also on backwards lol.

You've got to do some carb tuning sir.
Of course, that depends on what your complete set-up is, such as carb, air filter, intake, reeds.
You will be best served by creating your own thread instead of commenting here on a post from 12 years ago.
