I wanted to do a rat rod car but had no money for all the things to go into it, so i found my Elite on CL and snatched it up for $275. I still wanted to do a rat rod theme so i removed the rear plastics and painted the front ones black, not the best job but itll do. Last week i painted the rims, i thought they turned out awesome. Now i want to go the performance route and make this thing go a little faster. I read about a washer in the exhaust and want to know where it is, pictures? Any other suggestions on it?

So since my last post a little bit has changed, covered it in black primer and recovered the seat with a marine grade vinyl and threw a new battery in it. Looks a lot better now. What do you guys think?

Looks good, seat really goes with the red part of the rims.

That thing was really cracked up when you got it!

As for the pic swimmingfree posted; I'm personally not a big fan of rat rod bikes, but I'd rank the partsof the picture in the following order of attractiveness:
1) Nearest bike (hardtail w/ sprung leather seat)

2) Furthest bike (w/ bio-hazard emblem)

3) Burger stand

.

45) Ground

Thanks Devenex. Yea it was pretty bad, but i've gotten used to it, kind of gives it character.

Well its been a little while since my last post and I was bored in between so I bought a used handlebar cover to replace my almost missing one, still need to paint it. But anyways I had some spare parts in my garage of goodies and had enough to make a small simple stereo system. I have in it some Boss speakers with LED light eyes that light up with the music and a small amp under the speakers. I covered the wood with my leftover seat vinyl, I just run a AUX cord from my Ipod to my amp and BAM you got a nice looking and sounding set up.
