Thanks guys!! I do plan on doing a gusset for the frame just hate to mess up my powder coat O well lol. And the shock I got off a ruckus forum. It's a Daytona it's a quality piece that's for sure and pretty stiff even at the softest setting.

Well the motor is basically finished! Just have a few odds and ends to wrap up like a front fender, front brake cable and the caliper, throttle cable, grips, and some wiring to finish and clean up. Image

I am going to reweld the tongue back on the motor mount to level out the motor and correct the stance like on these pics. And after I get a front fender I may drop the front end a couple inches. Depends how it looks. Image

Took the aero for a couple short rips up the street and back to feel the glory and glory I felt. My vapor needs a new battery so I don't have my cht or tach readings so I didn't want to ride much. But man did she feel smooth, throttle response on the Dellorto 25mm is amazing and the scorp man does she scream! Supposed to rain the next day or 2 so I will go over everything and check all
My bolts and wiring to make sure she's fully road worthy and get my vapor ready for some good tuning. Can wait for some town rippin!

Well I put about 5 miles on the aero today just rippin up the blocks near my house. I don't have my shrouds hurt so I don't wanna travel far as I haven't been letting it get over 300 degrees. Any way so far the mhr is a beast. At is sits the cvt is this. Polini for ruck with 36 grams, naruku drive face, Malossi Zx belt, Zx pulley with stage6 clutch white springs at 3/4 tight with 4 of 6 weights, stage6 bell. Clutch engages at about 5500rpm needs to be a little higher as the power is beginning at about 7500-8000. 9k is crazy hold on tight power. So far she is running a little lean, I'm running 100/60 prolly bump it to a 105 and go from there. Also proll swap in the stock drive face and drop to a 30gram load, and max out the white springs before swapping to the oranges.
Here she is after her first real ride

Also I have a slight pipe problem. 2 actually. I think maybe my copper gasket needs some love to get it true and flat as I have a little oil on the exhaust flange second is the fact that it's about 2 inches off the ground when riding and right turns are near impossible to lean into. Gonna have to change up my mount a tad I think. Image

Yeah and that's without my 230 frame sitting on it lol. I think a little mount tweek will bring it up a bit. Other then that I'll just take rights easy and take more lefts!

Did a little tuning today up jetted to 105/57 and maxed out my white springs in the clutch, and dropped to 33.6g in the variator. Take off is good I'm gonna swap in the orange springs I want to be at about 6.5-7k launch and it's only at about 5ish now.
And I figured out my exhaust problem, my lower stud isn't tight so the nut has been loose so that should fix that problem and I ran a new plug today still shows lean but maybe that's from the pipe leak?
It's half dark and half light.
Max speed so far is 43mph and 9790rpm but I haven't left the neighborhood lol. Waiting to get some shrouds before I do any wot runs.

Check to be sure that reed cage isn't leaking at the block. 105 is about as big as you should go with an unported mhr. If it's still going lean it's probably an air leak or you need to adjust your mix screw. Dells mix screw effects the mix until 3/4 throttle. Tuning a Dell is fun.
How's the idle?

I will check there. She's running good seems to be about the same as when I had the 100/55 in but now a little snappyer on the throttle. I have the idle set at about 3k air screw 1.5turns out starts first kick everytime. I plan on putting together a leak down tester after this weekend to do a full check. She really hammers at about 8k. Haven't been going to hard on it though keeping temps down gonna get to honda tomorrow to order up some shrouds.

Did a leak down test today and everything is good except my copper exhaust gaskets they both leaked guess I'll have to go with a traditional gasket instead. Got a brand new set of shrouds on the way should be here after the weekend so I will be able to do some full speed runs and really test out this motor!

Very small update. Got the ehxaust leak fixed and the new shrouds are in. Got to do a couple runs the other day but she was running awfully rich. So I down jetted and it's been raining ever since. Hopefully get some top speed runs in after the weekend. But the new shrouds look great!
