The fender was made by the previous owner by chopping and glassing the old one. Thanks to Paulpauly7's father we now have a nice mould to reproduce them....

The fender was actually a mould from a Suzuki Mollet fender widened and reshapped, to a point where it looked nothing like a Mollet fender, but the carbon needed a lot of sanding and prep work before a high gloss top coat to make the carbon fibre pop, but yea it wasnt perfect.

the mould had alot of work but now a smooth clean fiberglass remake can be done

Hi all,

I can say that this project isn't going to happen! The engine parts, dio alloys and other good bits have been used for my other Honda scooters. We are finally going to get te 125cc stroker engine sorted and put it into a DJ1RR.

The disk brake went into my Dio ZX project.

Love me some dio alloyed af18e powered scooters.
