There is no end to the uses for a dremel. You can even do your nails with it ;-)

Most people would give up. I mean it can't get any worse. I used the dremel for about an hour to break though the carbide bit, and eventually got the ez out to pull the stud. The sun came out and the gods sang above. It was a glorious moment. Dremel will change your life.
That is a true testament to the power of the dremel B-) totally rad :-)

Any suggestions on what Dremel to get? Preferably something off amazon since I get free shipping with amazon prime :D

And sorry for not posting any progress pics guys. Been trying to get the rear wheel off for the past couple days and it's been kicking my butt. Crow bar wedged in the rear wheel and holding the brake down with my finger and my roommate to help me hold down the case while I try to crank the nut off with my 1/2 breaker bar and it just won't budge. Really want to get this wheel off so I can give the engine a thorough cleaning.

Any tips on removing the rear wheel with the engine already off the bike? Been difficult to keep the wheel from turning and keeping the case itself from lifting up as I try to turn the wrench.

I'm not sure what to do with the motor off the scooter, but before I got an impact gun, I used to whack the wrench with a hammer and the the but would spin right off.

Well you guys convinced me! Just ordered a dremel from amazon as well as an 18v 3/8 drive dewalt impact wrench, impact sockets 10-32mm, and a 39mm socket for my clutch. All will come in on Thursday and the build will continue. What a wallet breaker this build has become haha

So you don't plan on matching the boost ports?

From my understanding, boost ports are already matched on the corsa aren't they? I'm probably gonna open the intake ports, clean up the exhaust port on the corsa, and probably do some work on the CT manifold

I would use a broomtick or something wooden to brace the back wheel. the metal crowbar might bend your rim. rarely do I have any luck willh impact on getting that locknut off for the first time. big socket wrench, a long metal pipe on the nd for leverage and let everyone in th neighborhood jump up and down on it lol. some penetrating oil never hurts either

The boost on the corsa is bigger than the af16, so if your running that pg pipe you should match the boost port

Used the impact wrench and zipped that back wheel nut right off. Took a little bit of hammering but after about 4 seconds it spun off.

Now for the flywheel. I have the nut off but it seems like my motion pro flywheel puller doesnt fit. I have the 24mmx1.5 right hand puller. Did some research and that seems like thats the size. However it seems like its too big??? Whats the correct size that I need?
