. i'm learning as I go. I really never thought about swapping out a motor for more speed. until I found this forum.

hi paul, I going 57mph on stock SR pipe for now.
right now im doing some paint work. also welded some metal for a kickstand.

A hitch mounted rack would probably serve you well and be easier to load...
Dont put too much on it though, any hitch for that civic will not have a frame to mount too(unibody). It will hold up well but not be indestructible.
