Ok here you go, I'll start it with the dio spree build.. here's how I got it. bought this coz I have an extra dio motor from an elite with too much back fees and it's just not worth it to register so I started looking for a registered spree and got this one for a very good deal

Image

Af16 mock up
Image

designed my rear shock mount using CAD.(cardboard aided design) courtesy of USPS
Image

getting ready for engine mount fitting and welding the shock mount.
Image
Image

shock mount done
Image

decided to remove the auto choke/enricher of the stock carb. Dont ask me why I removed it.. I just wanted to..so I Jb weld this
Image

plastidipped my plastics.. maybe later on I will paint it with regular paint.. but for now I chose this gunmetal grey
Image
Image
Image

My friend does his own powdercoat at his back yard so all I did was order my powder. base coat white and then fluorescent red as the main.
Image
Image
Image

started to put things together. ended up looking for a rear met wheel because we had a hard time putting the inner tube and not damaging the powdercoat. so we redid the color to a met wheel.
Image

and here's the first pic when it got done.
Image

but after a ride. I noticed my exhaust was touching the side plastics and the carb wont let the plastic align on the other side so I decided to cut the side plastics to solve these problems.
Image

Installed this also.. it was reading twice the actual speed verified with my gps..
Image
Image

did 140 plus miles on our local ride here no problem. had to take a gallon of gas though. 2013 EL Touro..
Image

bike is pretty fast for stock motor, exhaust, and carb. only thing I change is my variator and 9:1 gear. Ive hit 53mph on flat on a good day. normally cruise 47-50mph. It's fun riding this bike.

Thats pretty neat, good job! Whats the red car in the pic? Looks reminds me of a Datsun, alfa, and a BMW crossed. The tail lights are whats really messing me up, looks like a 70s body with 80s tail lights.

Theres not many of the old yotas in good shape. I always loved riding in my buddies 72 celica, not fast but looked a lot like the mustangs from the states.

TE27 is the chasis code here in the US. Same as your KE25 there. I had the motor rebuilt in 2010 and probably put only 400 miles ever since and the only reason is I don't drive it much coz I don't trust people around me on the road. Got rear ended 4 times on my other cars.. just not worth it to me. As long as I know I have one, I don't need to drive it to appreciate it. It's kinda rare here so I'm trying preserve the condition and hopefully pass it to my son who is 6 yrs old right now.

Thanks for all the likes guys! Now back on the builds.. this my current one.. A friend gave me his frame that has been sitting for years at his mom's back yard.. it fell off dmv system so it's easy to register that way and no back fees.. all it needs is a vin verification by the dmv.
Image

I have another dio motor laying around from a bike that never been registered and had so much back fees.. I just keep on buying these bikes just because of the motor and maybe later on register them when they fall off the system.. so here it is just a mock up of whats gonna happen.
Image

disassembled everything, tabs that are not needed will be shaved. wires will be tucked in the frame.
Image
parts started coming in
Image
Image

made this pattern for a wood floor board
Image

had someone at work cut this wood for me. still undecided if I will use it
Image
Image

my led tail light. needed to make a bracket for it.
Image
Image
Image

cut the main harness for the wire tuck
Image

cleaned the motor for painting.
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

time for the big bore.
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

changed the clutch springs without removing the nut. just straight up ghetto lazy style using needle nose pliers and screwdriver.
Image

got some parts powdercoated
