I would port match either if I was you. The ct for sure, kitaco is a little better but still casting flaws. I bet you're ready for some riding.

Funny enough, I'm about to start running one of my built yamaha blasters with a 32mm keihin on a trinity 240 big bore and Vito's racing +3mm stroked crank. I believe it comes out to 252cc.

I should have said smooth the rough angles rather than port match. I had the right tool in mind just not area. Im definitely full of envy of the build! Did you sell the old engine?

graphite9 wrote:The guy that has been supplying my pipes, has a manifold they use on 120cc dios. It looks like they actually cut the case and cram a bigger manifold in. Has anyone ever heard of that? I'm waiting on better pics. I also might grab a japanese 125cc dio race pipe called Chou chin bullpipe...Anyone seen one before? The pipe diameter is HUGE

I'll be following this build for my 125cc setup.

The bigger ct black requires that you mod the block a bit.
The front two manifold bolts go in from underneath.

More mods are needed to cram vforce reeds in there.

Thats the bore and crank I run on my street bike. Im running Large scorp and it is crazy fast.

Did you check your port timings? The Port timings on mine were wack. I ended up machining Some off the bottom of the cylinder cause the port timings were way too high.

Vforce 3 reeds from a kx65 fit in the normal ct perfectly no mods at all. Im not sure about the ct black though. Now there are Vforce 4 out and I would get those instead. They are the same price but more flow. I thought there was some porting also involved with the black but didnt know for sure.
