Melody

Post by Rumsas »

Hi there
Just wanted to show you my Honda melody, and ask for a little expertise.
I have changed the engine to a vision met-in engine for more power.
What kind model crankcase do i got? The ports look smaller than your Dio ports.
And what kind of cylinder kit can i use, for more power?
Thanks

Greetings:

Nice swap. Your engine appears to be the Variated AF05E, sometimes called "SE50" on the forum. Shorter stroke, bigger stock bore than the AF16E block that appeared in 1994 on U.S. Elite models. The Vision cylinder at 47mm results in 65cc and is a worthwhile upgrade. Along with the Malossi primary 16/32 gearset, speeds approaching 95 KPH are possible. With stock gearing, acceleration is markedly improved.
