Hi Beejay45. The scooter looks great. And the pipe looks sweet :thumbwink:
Very creative with the bracket. :thumbwink:

I was just curious if you made a complete U bracket, and attached it to these two bigger bolt holes. Do you think it would be stronger? or maybe all 3 bolt holes? Just curious if it would work?
Again nice looking scooter. I see a lot of work. :2thumbs:

Hello Ped sir, Thats a great idea also, but unfortunately I didn't have enough material to make it connect to the other hole. As of right now it's holding strong, more riding will tell how it all this holds up. Did 50mph easily without a hiccup. Really gotta tune the trans to make this all complete. Thanks for you advice.

So i washed and waxed my scooter and took it out for a test tune..... So I come to find out the 2000 rpm contra spring are only good for short bursts upto 40-45ish and dies out. Tops out at 48mph with 9600 rpms 150 main jet. I swapped out 1000rpm contra spring and the main jet down to 146 and I get 54 mph with 9100 rpms and ran out of pavement. Still with 5.5 rollers. The stiffer contra spring don't let it switch gears even with heavier rollers. Here's some pictures, I think I almost got it dailed in. Image

G9 you are absolutely correct I need to be one more down to a 140 still see max temps @ 376 and 9200 rpms. I don't like these 7.2 gears anymore, Thanks for the input!
