I had to grind a little bit at the bolt holes to clear the brake caliper from the back. I used spacer to have it in the correct position for the wheel to spin freely without hitting any components. I had to find the correct disc to fit the kymco hub with enough clearance for the wheel to clear brake caliper. Lots of time playing with how it will fit. Last thing is to install the brake line and left master cylinder.

So I got the rear discs set up working properly, and picked up a genuine arrow pipe from hawaii. Didn't tell my wife what it actually costs.... But I love it! Check out the videos and some pictures.

Arrow pipe costs an arm and a leg lolz

Here are the videos. Sorry no videos of arrow pipe running yet. That's all the time I have for this trip home until next time.

Everything is bolted and running took it around the a few blocks. Front and back brakes are crazy strong. The bike stops unbelievable fast, just a tap and you could be sliding or drifting is also fun too. Lolz

This thing is awesome! I love the blue paint. Looks really good. I also love how the front end sits being that low. Looks great. Couple quick questions

What is the webbed plastic thing that the exhaust bracket is mounted to?

What are you using for the rear hub?

Are you going to leave the Vapor mounted on the side? Or put it back in how you had it with the carbon fiber?

The web thing I think you are talking about might be the exhaust wrapping? and the mount is extended by a rod I got at the hardware store. And the other smaller bolt is connect to the lower shroud fan cover. I am using the Kymco rear hub. And the vapor will sit on the handle bar because I have a Dio Live headset. I didn't really like the other carbon fiber headset it was a from Chinese scooter.

It's all good, everything is very tight in that area, I can barely get the tire on without rubbing, had to grind the case a bit. Im so excited for tomorrow to just ride and tune it.
