My Spree has been sitting in my buddies shop while I make progress on it, he helps along the way and gradually I think he fell in love with the Spree, he bought his own.

He doesn't really plan on daily riding his like I do mine but that doesn't mean he doesn't have big plans.

Already about 12" longer due to Yamaha Vino engine swap.
After doing a side mount shock on mine we learned it tends to twist the frame under load, so his has a center shock setup
He's a taller guy, so he plans to stretch his floorboard an extra 8"

This thing is going to be bad *! I'll keep ya updated!

So my buddies Spree has progressed much quicker than mine, partially because we learned from my build, but also because he is bring in outside help from his welder buddies who make easy work of it all.

Image
In addition to the extra length from the motor, he has added 7inches to the floor area to accommodate his longer legs

Image
To keep it looking OEM and hide the floor stretch he picked up an extra set of floorboards to cut & join

Image
His limo scooter VS my very short looking Spree

Image
This angle really shows the extra length, wow this thing is going to be badass!

Some more updates on the limo spree..

The reinforced floor is stronger than ever. He wanted to make it extra strong so he can have his daughter stand on the floor with no Rusk of bending.

Also a better look at the frame reinforcement and middle shock setup.

Back to my build (the red rocket)

After discovering the benefits to the center mount shock, we decided to ditch the old custom side mount, to a much better looking, more functional center shock setup.

After many hours trying to get this girl running properly I discovered I had somehow switched throttle pins from another carb I had laying around.. rookie mistake.

Today I took her for it's first decent ride.. and it was to get fuel. Cost around $2.00 to fill up. After taking it for short rides all day I learned how poor mileage these 2 strokes get when you start tuning them.. looking like 40-50kms per tank if I am lucky HAHA.

Anyway, after riding around all day I decided to take a snap to celebrate my summer Hondas.

Greetings:

Technically it's a Honda-Ha, but a very nice stable nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.
