yup that stock intake sucks.

just cleaning up this case for a customer. he ended up not wanting porting on his corsa and opted for the stock crank route so i just cleaned up his case put the corsa on bone stock:(

did chamfer all ports and knife edge transfer but didn't touch the exhaust.

didn't get the degree wheel out for this 1. but i'm working on a ministroke daytona 72cc setup right now and hopefully post of that build also.

still trying to wrap my brain around that calculator, but then again haven't really tried to take a good look yet. too busy (lazy) to do much now days. i usually just get out the good old degree wheel make my marks and then make my cuts.

more pics coming soon

I never learned how to use a degree wheel. The calculator is pretty straight forward. Get a hold of me if you have any questions. There is another tab on the spreadsheet that will tell you how wide to make the port as well.

next step match case to corsa cylinder.

dd50 needs more work than AF16, but can still make nice flow.

yup that is the stock corsa aluminum base gasket.

lines up really nice with stock af16 but DD50 needs to be opened up a bit to line up perfect.

I like what you did with the flywheel side transfer area. I hit that side, but not as aggressive.

I used quicksteel to plug my oil pump hole. Worked like a charm.
