I like the art spec one a lot, it was a fairly common package back in the day but not many with good panels left.
When you go to the 50qmf you will have some mount work to do. I used bushings and spacers from a Chinese 1pe40qmb and pressed them onto the 50qmf. It may have only been the 2 that I've had that were odd like that but others may be different. Before you install it do the pgo rattler cylinder upgrade. For the 89$ it's worth every penny. 112cc.

Thanks everyone. I was planning on a Hoca cylinder for it. Are you talking of an OEM rattler cylinder? Im sure it would be much more reliable than the stock chinese cylinder or Hoca, but will that rattler need port work?

You can port it, but the pgo rattler 110 cylinder does 65 no problem. Cleaned up the exhaust port and knife edged the transfers before I put mine on. I'm only running the technigas silent pro exhaust but it gets up to 65-70 real quick and can maintain 65 all day.

So are you guys saying the rattler 110 is pretty much a minarelli clone?

The pgo rattler engine is basically a grand axis 100/bws 100 engine.lb The pgo engine uses a longer stroke than most mina 100s, minus the 1pe50qmf, same stroke. The intake on a 1pe50qmf is the same as a minas , the pgo is different. You can use bws cylinders but you will have to spacer the base. Pgo work fine. There's malossi 125 and 131cc cylinders also along with a plethora of tai bores.
One problem with the 1pe50qmf is the location of the mounts, it interferes with most intake designs. The polini 360 works great for that tho.

Please come tune mine. Haha

Sorry for Newb questions here. I've got a 93 Jog Motor (50cc) it came with no exhaust so I picked up a random one from craigslist for $40. Bolted up, got noticable gains from the rusty old one I had on prior.

I have a pod air filter with only 1 open end which seems better than the fully open pod I had prior.

I have been playing with needle positions and main jets, best I seem to manage right now is just over 60kmph, which I believe this scoot should manage even stock?

How is the cvt tuned? What weights and torque spring are you running?

First thing i would do , is get a complete yamaha airbox.. And make sure is sealed up not letting air in...is the exhaust a factory style? Stock those motors range around 40-45 mph..ive put a variator on a jog ,everythig else stock and was around 50-52mph..good luck..oh and the white jog in the pictures gets up to 65+ very fast..we will see over 70 soon..still have some tunin to do..and remember ,it is a ministroker :naughty:

The stock air box wouldn't fit back on with Spree plastics so I went to a pod filter.
The exhaust isn't stock as this came up locally for sale.

This is what i would do.,since you have the tecnigas ..you definitly need to up-jet..i have 2 airboxes and jets for stock carb..the bike will run better all day with the stock box.

As of right now I have 4g rollers and 2000 torque and clutch springs. I Am going to buy the 2500 rpm clutch springs from g9 very soon should be a nice addition
