you will need to call the dmv kapahulu. to verify vin number.
vin number vary weather moped or scooter.

scooter registered need to have safety check, insurance and hawaii plate, can go on freeway.

I'm running these oil now.
Good oil- castor full synthetic.

You can look this up: Castrol got its name from the castor bean, whose oil was extracted - literally - from that legume. It can't be both Castor and "Full" synthetic. It's a blend.
