That's a ZX50 front end, but not the one I'm using . Almost finished with it. Still have to Fab Elite wheel to run Disc Brakes... The Front end I'm installing is off a TaoTao ATM 50...pics soon..

You dont? Well ive gave a "tru72"ported corsa /scorp/ct/26mm stock stroke spree a run for his money with my full plastic full size elite..stock ports but ministroke..the spree rider was 150lb my elite rider was around 160..this thing looks light..there are 70cc huge bws zumas that can spank a 72cc spree..all about the tune and part combinations..the express looks really small to me..i am blind tho lol

The express is the lightest of the group. It looks like it'll have a pretty good center of gravity also.

Hi HP. That's very cool how you installed the Metro wheel with the disc brakes. :thumbwink:
Can we get a better look on how you welded that together? Thanks.

The Zuma motors are one of the fastest motors out there. That's true.
I know I had one.

I will post some pics..basically I cut the Drum brake part out of the Elite wheel. Cut the center out of TaoTao Steel 10" Disc brake wheel. Cut it down to the Length & just Fit inside the Elite wheel . Lots of cutting & fitting to get it Right..
Assembled wheel & put on a Cheap Motorcycle wheel balancer to Tru it up then Tac welded it together.
Test fit it on the Scoot to make Sure it was centered in forks & check For Correct spacing on Disc Brake Rotor and Caliper..
Took me about 4.5 hours Start to finish .... I know the Welds won't win any Beauty contests but after I blast & coat the wheel it will look Great...
