Is that a ruck rim welded on an elite center?

No.. Picked up a 10" steel Disc Brake front wheel off a TaoTao Atm scooter, cut the center out to make my Elite front a Disc brake wheel. Then cut the center from my Elite rear wheel & welded it into that TaoTao rim.. I wanted to run a taller tire then Stock 2.75 Tire. The Elite wheel is 1.85" wide. I was going to buy a Metro rear which is 2.150" & run a 90/90 Tire but I wanted even bigger.. After lots of Measuring & Test fitting I made the Bigger wheel which is 2.75" Wide & was able to Fit a 3.5"x10" Tire..

Finished all the Wiring today.. Modified rear clutch cover..
Hopefully I will get a Dry day to get her outside and Fire it up...

Got Her outside for a few Pics... Also I double checked all my Connections & Primed the fuel system and She Fired up on the First Kick...!!!!
