Don't kno if any body's done this, but I had an old fac muffler that fell apart at the manifold so I cut it open to look at the baffling.

Aw man that is pretty awesome, I love how low this is... whats it like on corners?

Also the little tip on the exhaust mod is good to know... might take advantage of that on my own Aero/ Vision

Also is that 40 with the restrictor plate removed? (silly question... your using an after market unit aren't you?)

Ya I'm using a malossi "multivar" and a malossi fly clutch, but if you remove the restrictor spacer from the stock it should get there or close. If you have a restricted ramp plate you can get just a malossi or polini ramp plate from scooter swap shop, or I have a stock unrestricted one from mine. I might be able to send it to ya.

It depends on the corner haha. Banked smooth corners it handles great, low center of gravity and feels crazy fast haha. If it's bumpy it gets a Lil hairy pretty quick. Also i cant clear road turtles, and it's like a rock hitting your foot haha.

My scoots lost quite a bit of weight along w the tranny mods. No center stand, no oil tank, no oil pump (no parasitic loss and more crankcase pressure), no kick start (fell off),etc. I did put an elite e rack on it the other night... Image Image

That is a really cool list of little mods.

Mine is currently totally standard with the exception of an inline fuel filter lol and I lengthened the stinger on the tail pipe and flicked it out 45 degrees so it wasn't blowing all over the bag of my number plate (vehicle license tag thing you guys have) in Northern Ireland ours is massive in comparison.

The Vision Plastics are all exactly the same as the Aero ones, with the exception of the headset as it has the integrated turn signals.

Maybe it's the lead 50 I'm thinking of? There's a version out there w more open plastics, if I find a pic I'll post it.

Hey Benji,

Yea in the UK we got a couple of versions, depending on year... the version I have seems to be the rarer version over here and is a cross between what you guys get in America and the AERO with the side pocket in the rear and the Europe version with the integrated lights.

My Vision is specifically a Honda NB50 MF Vision X.

The version with the shorter side panels over here is an NE50.

Does that help?
