A PGO 206 GOD PRODUCTION VIDEO!

Post by NB50clonePGO6GOD »

Everyone may know, let bigons be bigons as the time has come here is a little cheap pre video show before I tear down the top end of my scooter.

Fresh rebuild did not enjoy the piston upgrade so its time for new piston with less steeper dome top.

PGO STAR 50 NB50M CLONE ON YAMAHA/MINARELLI PISTPN 40MM X 39.2

smh the top speed loss was only 2mph 83 nb50 calls for 40mm x 39.3 i have a 40mm 39.2 dome top. Vs the dish

Flush at the bore may need to adjust the drilled out pickup and buy a timing light.

That tc-3 has to go i like colorful oil easier to analyse tank doesnt stay full but as long as there is a pointing fingers worth of oil shes good.

May have to hop it up to 92 to slow the combustion rate may just be timing rate according.to Honda manual I just downloaded its suppose to be 18 degrees btdc.

Kept both hands on the bar not destroying my hard work that's why I never aimed up scared to bust that bumb.

Hopefully I'll find a kymco dio clone for the 50 cl is getting abandon heavy.

Anyone have a list of engines that fit the nb50, motor mounts?

No 4 strokes please

Minarelli and riva + the af family all fit.

Would like a new the zuma motor but i find investing in copies better on ye ol walleto.

Yep yep, still retearing it down though not perfect enough and I need a scrap stock airbox 35mm doesn't like moisture or cold.

Dry box or kiss her good bye has a cheap sponge for a filter right now parked til then. Drove her 5 ,times over a few days.r

Heh, transporting not road ready enough for me. See me in 3 weeks i have to change this timing chain on my wife's truck first.

I wouldn't worry about that,

Don't feel like re-registering til
I can run 100 miles with a quiet engine.

I plan to split her again to drop new crank bearings just think its 30 years old and not a truck with low miles. No register, no one can steal.

Only drove her like 6 to 15 miles on her to get it to a new safe space.
