A good baseline is a difference of 70, so if main is 108 run a 38 pilot, mine is 110 and 40. But if it runs then great, keep it rich while u do heat cycles. Start bike let it idle until it reaches running temp, 140-170, then shut off and let cool completely. Do that 10 times before riding. After that run at least half tank without going into full throttle and never hold throttle in same position for elongated periods of time. Basically constantly brap brap while riding. That should break bore and rings in nicely and seat rings proper for longevity.

Ya ill have to fiddle with the jetting after it's broke in. It's idling great. I've gone through the break in process many a time, I'll give it it's time before I open it up. Ya, I put the Naraku intake on, not using the stock one anymore.

Went out for my first slow ride today after heat cycling it quite a few times. For the first couple mph's it's pretty slow on take off, it gets pretty peppy around 1/4 throttle and 10mph. Anything past about half throttle feels pretty dead as well. I believe the pilot and main and pretty fat right now, I'm running a 108 main and 45 pilot. I think I'll try 40/106 after it's broken in a little more.

Ya it's only 40 degrees here today, once it gets warmer I'll have to lean it out more. The clutch engaged around 4500ish RPM's, I think the spring in the clutch are 1.5k? It something like that, I'll need some stiffer ones.

Put more time on the scooter today, re jetted it to 40/106 still seems pretty rich, but is definitely better than before. My temperature gauge sensor broke, plus it was still leaking out onto the head because the sensor ring isn't a perfect circle. Causes an issues without the crush washer on the spark plug being there anymore.

Have put nearly 80 miles on the big bore kit, needs to be leaned out a bit. Running 40/106 in my 24mm Polini carb. Has 9.8 gears, does 60mph on the GPS, gets up and goes really well. Very happy with it.

It's very very clean, only 2000 miles on it. I'm using Yamalube oil in the premix, It's what I use in my motocross race bike, it's not the cleanest burning, but it does a good job. Mix it at 30:1

I've got about 300 miles on the Malossi kit now, fun little scooter with the 9.8 gears in it, rips from a dead stop, does wheelies everytime I crack the throttle. With the gears I only get about 57ish mph for a top speed on flat ground, which is all I need. I think i have a slight air leak somewhere though, since I'm running a 110 main, it was running decent with a 106, then I took the exhaust off and put it back on. I think I tightened it down too much and possibly have a leak right there, the head pipe might've flexed a little. Other than that the cylinder should be pretty sealed, I coated all the gaskets when I installed it. I'll have to figure something out, but overall the scoot runs great.

I only dreamed about a purple sr, then one popped up in craigslist for cheap with 600 miles and I grabbed it that day. It's mint, not a scratch on it.

Are your running a tach? Curious what Rpms your hitting with your pipe? I will be taking my busted up Corsa off here soon and basically running an identical setup. What are your roller weights? And what springs are you running in your clutch. Great looking bike by the way.
