Perfect, thanks. Again, don't have the scooter in front of me, is the vacuum the top or bottom spicket on the tank output?

Should be th bottom one. Its the smaller diameter hose. U can test by sucking on the hose if nothing comes out its gas. When u suck on the air line, gas should pour out of the other hose.

Question on oil tank removal, does everyone going to big bore route completely remove the oil tank and pump. I have an oil plug, I'll be pre-mixing, what is the nipple for on too of the 24mm Polini? Another vacuum area? If I do remove the oil tank, will the low oil light forever be ok?

You don't have to remove the oil bottle, just plug the line going to the oil pump. Then disconnect the oil level sensor wires - the light won't come on after that. There's no harm done to the system. I taped mine to prevent any risk of contact to a power source.
The nipple on the 24 is probably for vac. line, or oil injection. If not using it for anything, be sure to plug it so you don't have an unwanted air injector......

Ya the nipple on the carb is plugged, I didn't know if it would be better the hook the vac line to the Naraku intake or the carb.

I think it would be better to hook the vac. line up to the intake. Keep the carb nipple capped/plugged.

Got some more parts off, having issues with the oil plug, doesn't seen to be fitting correctly.

Nope, I've got the old O-ring out, seems like it's just a touch too big for some reason.

That's how mine fits...
I don't think it's supposed to be flush.

Hmmm. Maybe there is something in the bottom hole? You may have to modify it at the tip???
Mine have all fit flush.
