Put at the end of the link. You have to do this for each link. Should look like:

and it will turn to a picture after you click submit as long as it is a valid link.

My point of view is that if you take a faster scooter motor and put it in a Spree frame you don't have a Spree any more. You have an Elite or whatever with a Spree frame.

BTW, just how fast is your stock se50?

Hi guys, first time Spree owner, first time poster.

Snagged a 85 for $400 (a little on the high end, but it came with free delivery from Seattle and around 99% intact, even has the petcock cover). Found that it needed a partial carb rebuild (very partial, the throttle slide was missing its needle retainer clip), then managed to somehow tune it by ear. No bogging down, and manages to pull 28 despite my being 40 lbs over the maximum weight, even with around 10-15 lbs of groceries over that. It's the black with salmon logo (I refuse to call it pink) version.

I'm up in the air whether to do a repaint (though the paint already looks good) or just keep it the same color and pimp it with some pinstripes or whatnot.

I'm also very interested in seeing the mods. I lack a garage though, so I'm stuck with what I can do on my apt patio, swapping a Dio seems out of the question at the moment. Also, are there any benefits to stretching it? I used to have 1987 Helix and a 1985 Elite 250, and while very similar mechanically (and of course it's stretched), the Helix always handled a lot better than the Elite with that added length.

Anyway, back to reading the rest of the thread, thought I'd say hi and ask for any advice.
