can you post better pictures of the engine mount and what you did to make it work. I've heard other ways of making the stock dio mount to work on a spree with out loosing the kick stand. You have to take like 99mm off the left side of the mount.

How much for the mount? Shipped?

dang! i think your the only guy willing to ship items from the island. Everytime I see a great deal on a engine on the Hawaii forums no one is willing to ship. Grrr. Well hope you sell that whole unit. I'll just buy a new mount for 60 bucks.

what up all. havn't checked back here in a long time. I havn't been into modding my scooter, but i ride it all the time. Rode it every day this week. So still going strong with the big bore




as for people asking what i did, sorry i didn't respond, i havn't been here in a long time. I hardly remember what i did, its been so long

i started a powder coating company i do on the side. I now have 2 dedicated ovens. The household one in the picture and a 5'x3'x2'. I just did my scooters wheels in sparkly glow in the dark white :ndance:

Can you poweder coat any metal or does it have to be magnetic?

anything that won't melt in the oven. People do plastic composite valve covers

I thought that the powder had to magnetically cling to the metal, does it static cling to it instead?

you just leave that part to me :lol:




The metal part is grounded and the gun ommits a charge and so the powder is attracted to the part, but you can still do plastic and glass parts by just preheating the part. If the part is like 180 degrees or above, it will stick no matter what. Its more difficult that way, but it works
