If so, I can see that it doesn't do the "out and up" thing that my Naraku (at the ct's do). I wonder what actual difference in performance the two different styles provides?
Stage 6 intake only have about 100 miles on it
I like the way it fits closer to the motor
performance felt like better mid power
Stage 6 Oversize Valve intake #S6-3217500

What part does he need? Just the turn signal lense? I have one, but I though he had JDM tail light setup?
Let me know if I can help!
just wating on front left turn signal housing( not lens ) is is on its way

I got to check this thing out today. It is BAD! Super sweet scooter, and it sounds awesome. The new front end he put on is beautiful.

He used a mill not a drill and I believe you need to take about .075 inches off of it and you will clear the shoes and not be to far and hit your splines with the nut.

Yeah any machine shop will be able to do it for you and should leave you a clean flush face.

decided to finish this today
was shooting for .080 of a inch ( even though I measured it as .070)
but wound up milling .100 thousand of a inch
wouldn't take any more than that it
is within .020 of hitting the big threads on clutch (contra spring ) assembly
upon further investigation I realized
that I didn't need to drill out the relief on the splines
hopefully my posts on this build will help others
that is why I try to get into detailed explanations of what I am doing
along with helping me out because the older I get the more I forget

I only have a postal ounce scale it weighed 2 ounces heaver than stock bell
which is about about 56 grams
according to manufacture the Naraku i weighs 0.63 kg
0.63kg = 22.223oz

after mill bell.jpg
yea I know I have the filter tube from carb to air box off
I took the carb off to replace fuel lines
the 13 year old fuel lines were starting to scare me
this picture just to show you what the finished job looks like on the Elite
HPIM0133xx.jpg
how did you end up drilling this down? you linked to a video of the, other naruku bell, and thats the one I got. and i measured, that exactly how much higher than stock bell drive boss measures. it was about .75 inches higher than the stock. and i measured the stock at that .685" or .. whatever it was, that height. the other naruku bell measures that much higher too.
anyway, how did you end up drilling the end down? i mean, how did you drill what tools did you use, to drill down the clutch bell to get it to fit over the pads on the clutch?

Everyone should see this scooter. It's absolutely beautiful. The wind jammer pipe is the best looking pipe ice ever seen on anything. The build quality is unreal. The wds are as perfect as could ever be, and it runs like nothing ive seen. Sounds like a factory 125 mx bike. Revs ip, sits right in the power and and the cvt just sits right in the power all the way through . No hesitation or fluctuation or anything. It probably is as good as any scooter could be. Id love to own this thing. CG definitely has built some awesome bikes.
