Its always fun porting. Get you some junk cylinders to go to town on. I find if you start with tiny cylinders it makes you very accurate as not alot of room to maneuver. How much was your kit and whered you get it for those who dont have one yet.

I love the performance you're getting out of the scoot.

...and MASSIVE props to you for documenting everything and sharing setup info. I know some guys like to keep it all secret and it is their right, but the more setup data there is out there, the better for everybody.

you will notice it is somewhat shiner
prepping it for hi temp coating
and started to polish or brush finish the muffler canister
well see what it comes out looking like

so what does the arrow pipe look like torn apart ready for hi temp coating ??

shouldn't hurt anything
but since it is torn apart and getting coated also
might as well de burr the inside of muffler pipe

I have been trying to find a 1 piece clutch bell will fit ?
So here is what I came up with

here is a naraku NK901.17 which is 22 splines same as af16
the inside diameter 107mm bolth
the outside diameter stock 4.550 inch, Naraku 4.680 inch it has the cooling fins
overall height 1.345 inch both stock & Naraku

the surface in the bell
the surface the clutch grabs on from edge to start of radius ( the flat part only)
.770 in Nakaru and stock

now for the diffrence

the center boss measured from bolt side to inside
Nakaru .750 inch
stock .685 inch
the center boss full spline measured from bolt side to inside
stock .550 inch
Naraku .620 inch

so time to mill and drill .070 inch off boss
<- your results may very will edit later with exact measurement I take off
------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT added info
width of polini clutch shoes .700 inch
the flat of clutch bell it grabs on .770 inch stock and naraku
width of stock clutch shoes app .500 inch

EDIT
more clutch info
stock clutch shoes1.85 long x .5 wide times 3 shoes equals 2.755 SQ inches of contact area
polini clutch shoes 3.2 long x .7 wide times 3 shoes equals 6.72 SQ inches of contact area
so you also gain 3.967 SQ inches of clutch contact area with the polini clutch

the naraku clutch bell pn NK901.17 is advertised as fitting
clutch bell Naraku V.2 CNC 107mm for Piaggio, Peugeot, Kymco, SYM, GY6

your measurements may very

decided to finish this today
was shooting for .080 of a inch ( even though I measured it as .070)
but wound up milling .100 thousand of a inch
wouldn't take any more than that it
is within .020 of hitting the big threads on clutch (contra spring ) assembly
upon further investigation I realized
that I didn't need to drill out the relief on the splines

hopefully my posts on this build will help others
that is why I try to get into detailed explanations of what I am doing
along with helping me out because the older I get the more I forget

Paul Jug

I only have a postal ounce scale it weighed 2 ounces heaver than stock bell
which is about about 56 grams
according to manufacture the Naraku i weighs 0.63 kg
0.63kg = 22.223oz

Any front drive face, variator, drive boss, rollers, rear pulley, clutch, contra spring, triple spring, and clutch bell from a "gy6" 136qmb 49cc china trash, will work on our af05e/af16s. or the others you mentioned. Its good to know a cross reference guide. Also the primary shafts are the same style but some may be different size shafts and corresponding bearings.
