Hey just a quick question about your gears. Did you replace washer #11 with washer #9. Meaning you have 2 washer #9s instead of the plastic washer #11? Or did you just use the regular washers that were originally there and had no binding issues (#9 and #11)? Thanks! Builds looking really good!

&new trans gasket
trans turns fine no binding

the one that came with the phongeer pipe and a little hi temp sealant

im using the standard copper ring that came with the corsa and a little high temp sealer.No leaks at all

yellow contra spring 1500 RPM
variator weights ? forgot to write down 42 grams
Belt original 1800 mile
Humidity:87%
temp 70 deg F
CHT hit 345 deg
65.2 MPH

cruising 35 to 45 mph CHT stays 280 to 295
need a rpm guage
I know I am forgetting somthing

im running 4k springs but the clutch doesnt engage till 5900 .A little bit over the top for street use but hey you have seen my bike i like over the top lol

Youre going to want to up that main, theres still more life in her, Break her in nice and slowly tho. The polini PWK is a nicer copy of the Keihin but still the same as the OKO in terms of flow etc.

I have the 3 shoe polini adjustable clutch
need a tack to figure out where it is at
about 4 turns in from the stock polini setting

stull messing with jet sizes had a 120 & 115 it was a little fat but I am go into try again
that was when I had the stock clutch and contra spring
now it has the 1500 yellow and the polini clutch
