Great idea, I'll try it. How much spark is good enough? The spark i'm seeing as of now, is blue, but not as strong as one would think. Btw, I took muffler off and still won't fire... so it's not a blockage. I either think its cdi or fuel isn't getting picked up from bowl. I'll start with this spark test

I believe i found the problem.

Checked ohms on plug wire. With cap screwed on I got a 9.74 reading. 8.0-8.5 is the range. Then I checked with cap screwed off. Reading is at the correct range. 4.29 (slightly over).

I screwed cap back on & cant get a reading at all. Looks like problem lies within the plug cap that scews in the wire.

I'm out of ideas, don't want to drop off at a service shop. Put plug & wire back in. Still has spark. Just not sure if its enough. 40+cc's of premix went in spark hole & didn't fire.

Carb set to the factory settings

Should still sputter regardless though, bypassing with a few cylinder drops

Yes, plug does get wet

I clean it up, or put in a new one & gets wet again

Crank it a bunch and see if it will clear out the built up fuel and as the guys said let it sit and see if it will dry out. You may have a bunch of fuel or moisture in the bottom of the crankcase that keeps soaking the plug. Just a thought
