I had 3 5g rollers and 3 6g rollers in mine pretty much the same everything else other than 9:1 gears. I hit 9k once according to the trail tech but my average was 8500-8800 at wot cruising 45 all day and topped out at 52mph. I would start with lighter rollers. I had the same problem for a bit would only go about 30-35 so I tore it down and put it back together gave the carb a good cleaning and dropped my rollers and it was much better. Last I had in my 21mm was a 105 main and 42 slow with uni filter.

my compression was low at 115psi last time i checked but that motor has over 2200km on it and mostly at WOT mine topped at 52mph to 54mph depending on weather .Ive actually just added some daytona rear gears bringing it to 9.5 to 1 just have to refit the motor and test them out .

Are you using the malossi kit I gave you? Those af05e dont turn real high rpms but I use to turn 9k rpm all day long on the cylinder I gave you, a keli variator, 6g rollers, that malossi yellow torque spring I gave you, 24mm carb w/ uni, unported block and unported ct manifold, and a stock modified pipe. At 110 psi it is a little low, are you opening the throttle to wide open as youre kicking it? I like to use the starter to start the compression build up then give her a couple good long swift kicks while holding it floored. Also check it after its warmed itself up.
Sounds like you have a little more carb tuning honestly. The Malossi cylinder likes to run pretty lean.

I run the silent pro for my 112cc jog clone engine. Theyre decent for all around power. Thanks for the link to that site, if I saw that first I may have re thought my decision but it takes weeks to get the jog 90 exhaust over here Ill stick it out.
