when i get it running i was going to run 32/1 gas oil in the tank as well as the oil pump just trying too figer out if just the oil pump will put anuff oil so i dont have to run mix gas oil in the tank???

have done it before by screwing it to a pease of wood and standing on the wood and pulling the spring with a good pear of vice grips ....

Its my old clutch, I used a pair of snap ring pliers I modified. Put one side into the pivot point, then hook the other end into the snap ring end and expand until it fits and slide off with an awl or screwdriver. Then pop it into the hole with the end of the awl or screw driver.

Hows the clutch and springs working out for you?

well im done with the sanding the port smooth ... i no the se50 read block needs a little work so the dio manifold will fit and seal up ....thing are looking good so far hopeing that this motor will get closer to 8500 rpm the other motor im running wright now will on go past 7500 rpm and that on a good day..

Looks great, I would go and rough up the inside of the intake to get the same texture as the block. It all helps :-)

well im building this motor out of used parts including a use Malossi jug putting new piston and rings in it got to whate on then none in stock at Red Eft Performance place but there coming in a week or two .. so in less some on can come up with some thing to do this is done for the winter ....

well ive open up the carb the photo or of the jets i have the top one are in the carb ....do you think that the ones i should try frist....

the 107 and 48 is what I had in my 65cc kit of my af16 so since you opened the intake should be same or less I would think

Every setup is different but from what I've been doing with my spree with the bbk pipe and 21mm carb 95 was actually a little rich depending on the filter. 90 was still fine. Throttle response was great and temps don't go over 300f with the 95. So if you start with the smaller of the two main jets and it really sucks go down to a 95 or 100 and see how it goes
