Ya I got my polini main jet and pilot jet kits from graphite 9 but the lowest i have on the main is 120 in that kit, i was one of the first people to get this carb setup from him wondering if he sent me the jet kit before he realized how small of main that is run on these motors

do you know where your needle clip is set and how many turns out on your fuel screw

my needle is center currently working on some tuning but dont think Ill need to move it. and Im about 1 3/4 out on the screw. yeah 120 is gonna be way to high for sure and 110 is close but might be a little high. not sure if you need higher jets on a smaller carb or if its the other way around. how does it run other than your 1/4 throttle issue. does it bog WOT? temps sounds good maybe a little low but thats ok. Id say your pilot is too rich for sure. I just put in a 38 in mine and it was way to rich and switched back to a 35(stock for my 24). hope that helps ya. moving your needle will affect the mid throttle with a little bleed over to your pilot and main. if your bike runs well minus the low end issue id try to get that rectified first. all this is dependant on your pipe and other setup. not sure what your running.

I'm also wondering how it would fit under the aero 50 panels. I've got an 86 that I hardtailed and now the stock plastics don't even clear the kick starter haha. Need a good carb and manifold, or a custom one maybe?
