hi forum.
I notice the variator did not close all the way with the fly wheel. so I grind it down a little.
I don't remember where I got it from. maybe steve or fleabay? but it has a K in the inside.

Now it close all the way.
the new belt looks like it may ride higher.

I don't know who makes it? there is a K on the back can you see it?

I'd ditch that vari, if you had to grind on it. If it isn't 100% true, your asking for bearing, or crank spline damage. But that's just me.

Hi G9. I took off very little, it was more like dust.
I did find the package it's a keli variator. I hope didn't damage it?

hi forum.
the 94 sr is going through a lot of oil.
I tied the pump open because it has a 70cc bbk.
should I leave it stock? it has the two wire throttle cable one for the carb, and one to the pump.
I think the sr pumps more oil?

Hello Friend
I usually plug the pump and premix with modified bikes.
If keeping the pump I would leave it tied open.

I think Mr. Wheelman figured out the ratios once on the pump and even when tied open its not a whole lot of oil for a modded bike.

Looks like its clean up limited to the variator counterbore. Does not appear it would impact running trueness.

I was surprised that the Keli variator did not sit all the way.
thanks keith , I wasn"t 100 percent sure on the SR pump.
hi mousewheels. the cleanup was very lite and limited to fit exact.
thanks G9. eventually I will order a new one.
It was strange that i had to clean it out, on a keli part.

I had 9g in the variator. I installed 7g rollers on the SR. the revs were too high. I'm going to try some Koso 8g.
