You need to change the pulse count. Sounds like you're idling at 2500, and max rpm is 10k. Ha, definitely lower the weights.

Hi Honda spree fam, sadly I wasn't able to make scooter swap shops dyno day. Looking forward to seeing pics and hearing about that event, going to make the next one for sure.
Anyway I went to a Honda based car show in Sioux Falls SD yesterday. The scoots fit right in at the show and I was able to haul two stretched rucks and my elite perfect in my s10.
Pics I've found so far from Hondas with hearts six.
Lol peep that kickstand hahahaha
Sioux Falls local built the spree aka spruckus. That bike was a lot of fun.

Its beautiful in person too, the pictures don't do it 100% justice. I just can't have something as nice as his ruckus as it takes too much thought into the looks and maintaining. I should add in all honesty he has the nicest looking zuma build I've worked on.

Thanks guys! i wouldnt have this build if it wasnt for G9 and 1man. ive learned A TON as i do with every build. this is the fastest scooter ive ridden. hands down. so glad i ditched the gy6 and went this route. all my future builds will have to be as aggressive as this bike. im pretty happy with my little fleet

Re: Ruckus Build- Stage6 RT Minarelli Powered (PIC HEAVY)
yo,
took the ruck to the drags last week. i had my clutch too tight so my launch was bad. my best time was 12.5 at 52 my next run was a 13.7 at 52. launch was twice as bad that run.
this week though. ive learned to loosen up my clutch springs to get a better launch. i always thought tighter was the key.. launch is way better and im about to head home to see if i can get any more out of it. its not perfect yet but im hoping for at least a 10-11.5 in the 1/8th mile. if i can beat 11 sec im faster than an rx8 hahahah. hopefully by next and final event in oct ill be hitting 6-8 sec passes. thats the goal at least.

Re: Ruckus Build- Stage6 RT Minarelli Powered (PIC HEAVY)
tried hanging out on some yamaha forums, those guys suck!! cant post anything without a mod editing a s*** out it.
anyway i think this is whats holding me up. my bikes launch isnt consistant at all. it changes by the 3rd pull like the clutch is getting soft or something dumb.
i had it set too tight and it got really hot really quick. took a whole layer off the pads. ive been trying to continue tuning with it but i think its time for new one. opinions?

Re: Ruckus Build- Stage6 RT Minarelli Powered (PIC HEAVY)
another far and few update, ive been super busy these last few weeks and have had parts piling up for this thing. we had a nice day here yesterday so i took some time tuning it.
i purchased a stage6 clutch and stage6 rt oversized vari. im not going to get into how i have it all set up because its seriously awesome right now. the new clutch took it far and beyond what the polini was doing for me, THAN i installed the new vari and even more gains were had!! i was screaming profanity when the power came on. it was so quick my head snapped back for a second. love love love this.
polini super speed 9 roller on the left, stage6 rt on the right.

Re: Ruckus Build- Stage6 RT Minarelli Powered (PIC HEAVY)
Youll love it, huge gains over the super speed. the 3.5g weights that came with it are perfect for my setup. exactly where i needed to be. i have the orange medium springs installed in the clutch with only 1 notch of adjustment used. not even close to being maxed and i still have all those clutch weights i can play with. the stage6 stuff is above and beyond. absolute monster now.
