If you get a set of mint sides I might take the scuffed ones off your hands for the air-elite

zx trans worked well for about the first 10 mins of riding... tell me your clutch set up, i have the zx pulley, koso 2k contra, polini clutch with blue springs almost maxed and the evo bell.

bottom end was great with the zx kit and now its scary to ride. it chatters and shakes bad from a stop. if you slow way down and rip it from a low speed the clutch will slip, engage and repeat. jarring you back and forth.

Yes going with g9s taida bore and crank. I'll use the same taida exhaust he's running on his 114

Got my rm65 radiator, this thing is small but should be enough with a small e fan on it. I cut out the right side of my glove box and moved my horn. It will sit perfectly in the cowl, at least that's the plan

Ohh sleeper!! Cool one there, haven't seen a hidden radiator like that yet. Great idea!

Got the stripped out rotor bolts out of the zx wheel. Threw on the ncy 200mm rotor and caliper for fitment. Should work good :geekdance: I'm going to strip these wheels and refinish them once it gets warmer out. Lots of stuff left to do

Got the bore and crank ordered

Still need the big black ct, evo bearings, taida exhaust and taida mini rotor kit :) but! As soon as I order the manifold and have the bore and crank I'm making a trip to Denver to drop it off with 1man for building

Starting the disc conversion real soon. Just need to order the forks and get my headset ;)

This build has literally inspired me to do a spreedio sawp and possibly aim for a 117cc wc kit too...

A huge THANK YOU :geekdance: to Bones for this hook up. Nice meeting you man :) wish I lived down here.

Dio headset, speedo, handle bars, master cyl and brake line. Pretty much finished off my list for this disk swap. Can't wait to get home and get started :))

Forks came in from SSS, got the front end all mocked up. Metropolitan tree, zx wheels, rrgs forks and ncy brake parts. Can't forget about the all important 10-12mm axle sleeves :)

Sold my zx wheels to a local. I'm going for bigger and better and unfortunately the zx wheels couldn't get me there. However the new wheels that are replacing them are HOT.
