New ensure racing wheels have arrived. Very light wheels. And are a pretty close match to the factory Honda purple :)

was all those things bolt on with the metropolitan spree?? I am thinking about adding a front disk to my spree and there is a local guy parting a metropolitan. There is no disc brake kits for metro's only for ruckus's. Did all that stuff bolt right on or was there some modification?

Yes everything bolted up everything is just a little tighter since the metro tree is narrower. The ruckus and metropolitan are essentially the same bike minus the rear frame.

When you do it, if you could measure how long your fork tube is on your frame that would help even more, that way I can make sure my stock frame fork tube is the same length as yours.

I forgot to measure the tube I was too excited, got the frame cut and welded and mocked up the headset, it all fits! I took a few pics but got cut short due to a super bowl party. I'll snap some more later tonight or tomorrow but it's done!
Image
As you can see, the frame neck is too long for the met tree
I cut as close to the weld as I could get on the ignition holder deal
Image
Pre weld, I didn't take any off the top. Just one cut and weld, easy. You will need an elite lower bearing race to press onto the metro tree and new bearings top and bottom

Next on the list is to repin the harness plugs so everything is 100% plug and play. I threw the headset on as well as the front cowl to get a a full look at it. I love it.

Got the dio headset repinned to the elite plugs. Very easy the only difference is one wire. I also shot a pic of the welded up stem. Super easy swap just a lot of money in parts to do it

Waiting on a speed gear setup so I can actually use my gauge cluster with these fancy wheels. Then it all goes together

You think it's easier to shorten the head tube or lengthen the fork tube?
