50x50 98cc stroker build

Hi forum.
I'm putting together a 50mm stroke x 50mm bore = 98cc stroker af16 motor for the summer.
A daily driver. :smile:
Most all the parts are Taiwan.
hope you enjoy the photos.
:geekdance: this is my first stroker motor build. it's going to be fun. :peace:

PG 50mm BBK
PG 50mm Crank
Honda bearings & seals
OKO 24mm Carb
Ct Mani
Polini for ruckus variator
Malossi ZX Belt
ZX drive pulley
V8 Pipe
Blue butt plug (aka oil plug) lol
8.4 or 7.5 gears (choice)

Sweet setup man,,what kind of crank? Kinda hard to find the 50mm cranks these days..this could be a dd stroker!!

Hi ped, I don't recommend you to leave the crank sitting on its side with only one arm supported by the case. I also don't recommend leaving them sit on a table. It's what happened to the malossi crank I gave you.
Did you have to bore your crank area to fit the 50mm or is it the one that just barely fits?

Hey 1man8scoots. thanks for the advice, and thanks for the crank. I had it fixed, but it never really came out right. they told me to bring it back. :happy: I have something for you.

I had to bore out the crank area to fit the 50 mm. :naughty:
