94 elite s..and express 1978..go faster

Hello..I just purchased a 94 elite s..what can I do to make it go faster..reasonably?..and I have two honda express nc50..one is 1978..one 1980.. 400 miles on both..is there anything I can do to them to make them go faster than 25..they need talc..and were stored for 20 years..I've been fixing these since 2004..just cleaning carbs..new plugs..burning out exhaust pipes..just love the older ones.. 715-432-4969..THANKYOU mucho!!!
