Sounds great, snappy as heck, looks awesome, I'm very happy so far. Bike instantly idles higher for some reason, like around 3k, tries to move forward on idle. Goes fast tho, even w no tuning and in the rain! Alot easier to get the wheel off the ground now haha.

No tuning, in the rain afraid to keep in the throttle haha. A couple weeks ago I got 37-38 in this cold and rain, I've gained an easy 4 miles an hour w just the pipe. I can't wait for some warmer dryer air so I can tune and see what I get. I'm guessing 43-45 w a jet and tuning, maybe different rollers. I'm gonna get some clutch Springs for my malossi fly and see if I can take off better, but it's already screaming to 35

Kevin710 hooked me up w an sa50 airbox but it didn't fit. Thanx any way bud! I thought it might help my top speed, all I got is either a uni or a half of a factory box w no element or cover. I've heard the stock box is best, maybe I'll try to find an aftermarket airbox.

Picked up a ct mani and a kx65 reed block and a 21mm stage6 r/t koso carb. I'm gonna swap out the reeds w boyesen or wait for a vforce block to come up on ebay for cheap. Heres what the mani fold looked like after I sanded it about 20 mins.

It wasn't flat at all I'm not surprised they leak. W having to sand it down and get a new reed block I've brought my cost upto about the same as a naruku manifold w reeds from sss. Shouldn't have gone cheap. Here's what she looked like when I was done. All 3 surfaces are like this now

I highly suggest you start w 120, then move up in grit. It seriously took about an hour and a half total using 120 on all 3 surfaces. I had t o brake up the job into two days so I didn't destroy my forearms haha.

I thought about cleaning it up w 600, but the naruku ones that sss sells look like this, so I'm sure it's good enough. I'll back it up w hondabond to make sure.

Im gonna take that advice and cheat on this a hit maybe, I have a slamp kit and a belt roller and I might just clamp it and eat it up, it may not be staright up and down but it will be an amzingly falt surface. Hahaha it maye be at a angle once mounted but it will work.

Just got my kx65 reed block today and... it doesn't fit :| this is getting old haha. So I guess I'm gonna have to grind out the ct mani somehow, or pony up for a spacer. Ugh.

Ok got the ct ground out so it BARELY fits the reed cage, now I'm assembling the mani and motor, waiting for my stage6 carb to show up. I've noticed the kx65 and rm65 have clamp-on carbs too, and there inlet pipe is straight not angled like the upper portion of the ct mani, so it sticks the carb out sideways. Any body try this before?
