Took her around the block, running real good. Still have some tuning to do, and parts to buy. I still need a filter that'll fit the 70mm bellmouth, and I think I might go down a few sizes on pilot jet. I've got a 42 In there, bout to go to a 38. I need new rollers too, and I need to put on the springs I got for my clutch. Malossi racing springs set w red, blue,n black springs. Gonna thro on the red ones and maybe swap my bell out. The malossi fly bell I put on is already turning blue.

Feeling quicker with the new intake setup? I like the af05 tuning

I did the carb n intake at the same time as the bbk, so I'm not sure. I'd think the reed block and carb would make it faster even at 49cc.

Took around the block for a test ride, running good then shut down, seized. I took it apart, I found some aluminum bits but can't find anything missing or broken and the cylinder and piston look ok,not even any marks really, but somethin is keeping the crank from moving full circle like maybe something fell in. It looks like it ate something, but I think something was in the case already I don't think it came thru the intake.

Guess I get to learn how to split the cases this weekend. I hope it's not a broken crank

That sucks man, but if it is a broken crank it's just an excuse to go aftermarket :)

Just special ordered a homoet pipe for vision/rapido for treatland, so I gotta fix this one haha. Didn't think they were available, but I guess homoet is still around.

Just found a hole in my block about the size of a dime.... or a 6mm nut, which is what made it. I'm not sure how, but it ate it and beat the crap outta the motor. So I got some jb weld steelstik and used it to patch the hole. If I can get it started I'll consider it a miracle. Guess I'm looking at getting a new af05

What case ride, variator or flywheel? You can probably just grab one for cheap off here or ebay and slap a new seal in it and be ready to go. Is the spree case compatiable if so I can throw one your way for the price of shipping. Af50e is the spree version from what I know the cranks can be swapped?? Idk to be honets lets see what others say.

I've gotta couple lines on sa50 blocks, which is good I'd like the extra gearing. I think I'm gonna get a case w gears and try to find a jasil crank for it and just keep building haha.

Dammmmmmmmmmmmn, that hole is a hay maker right there. Thats some bad luck, maybe bring it to a welding shop and get hit to weld it up solid then work it down to where it will mate up.
