Does anyone know if you can convert a 1985 nh80 (aero) to kickstart

by buying the gears and trans cover?
from what i can tell the (8,10) gears appear the same but have different part numbers

the trans covers appear identical

If I had to guess I would say no. But that's just a guess. The microfiche shows different part numbers for the left side crankcase. Just guessing.

If you open your case cover and see this little circle cutout where a spindle goes I think your in good shape. I have a janky kicker setup you can have but There is a bushing that fits inside that I need. Lmk and good luck.
